Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country or the country you’re shipping to.

SBE recommends contacting your local customs office for further information. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate of the final cost, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

The customer assumes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

We will not refund any purchases that have not been accepted at customs. By accepting these terms, you agree to the above.

Damaged Goods
We are not responsible for damage incurred during transit, and customers should address such issues directly with the shipping carrier, as no refunds will be provided. Please note that we follow a strict policy to ensure all goods are packaged properly and protected before shipping.

Delivery Times
The standard processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. This is in addition to the shipping time. Once processed, delivery times are 3-5 business days for domestic orders and up to 10-21 business days for international orders.

Please note that delivery times may be affected during sale events, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or pandemics. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to deliver your order promptly.

Express Shipping
We currently do not offer express or expedited shipping options. Please allow for the standard delivery times mentioned above.

Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery via the shipping carrier's website.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. While we are not liable for lost parcels, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee that the address can be updated if the order has already been processed.

A signature may be required upon delivery for higher-value items to ensure they reach the correct recipient.
